Hello, The UCSC Genome Browser staff would like to visit the institutions of our users and provide a limited number of free hands-on tutorials in the use of our tools. To participate, you would need to provide a room with computers (or wireless) for the attendees and a way for our presenter to project to a screen.
As the Browser and the accompanying suite of tools become more useful, they also become more complicated and we are committed to helping people learn to make the most of them. We also want to learn from you how to improve them.
The following questions will provide us with the information we need to determine the best way to schedule our tutorials.
