Getting Started: Your Information
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. The information that you provide about your family makeup, financial concerns, and priorities will inform the work of our union at the negotiating table, our future legislative campaigns, and our ongoing effort to improve your daily lives.
We ask you to identify yourself so that we can make sure we are getting surveys back from every union shop, department, and outlet. Your individual answers will remain private and will not be shared with anyone outside of the necessary union staff and leadership. The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Please only submit one survey response.
