To demonstrate that all clinical colleagues are compliant with the Infection Control practice of being “Bare Below the Elbows policy”. To enhance the quality of clinical record keeping across all services, improving the percentage that are completed in real time (at the time of the patient/client intervention). To provide evidence that Locala has implemented Local Safety Standard for Invasive Procedures (LocSSIPs) and is using them to ensure our invasive procedures are safe. To increase the use of virtual consultations, in appropriate circumstances, to support a more timely response to patients/ clients by clinicians, and to release time back to clinicians to care. To increase the levels of service user and carer voice, to improve and enhance services. To ensure we have a diverse and representative workforce, and that our services care for people as individuals, and are accessible for all equally.
