Filene Research - Interchange Survey |
1. About this Survey
The following survey is for use in a Filene Research Institute research report detailing the effects of the financial reform bill on credit unions. We seek a deeper understanding of interchange income at credit unions. Your participation in the survey will help provide valuable information for the credit union system.
Responding to the survey may require some research, so consider printing the questions first then returning to fill the answers in one session.
Your answers will be collected and analyzed by Adam Levitin, a professor at the Georgetown University Law Center. The survey questions relate to interchange practices and revenue. Any data provided will only be published in aggregate and will not identify individual credit unions.
Please answer as precisely as possible and make good-faith estimates if exact information is not available. If you are unable to answer the question asked or wish to provide additional information or clarification, you may do so in a text box at the end of the survey.
Some of the fields require format-specific answers. In your responses, please fill the fields as accurately as possible and without abbreviations, dollar or percentage signs. For example, in response to the question 'What was your credit union's gross revenue in 2009?', your answer would be "16000000", NOT "$16M".
Thank you.
