We have three new product ideas we are exploring: a salad subscription, a meat and pantry items online store and a (bit out of left field) composting idea. We'd like to know what you think. Can you spend a couple minutes clicking a few buttons?

Question Title

* 1. Would you be interested in a salad subscription?

You would receive a 5 oz. container of organically grown salad mix -- spring, baby greens, spicy, etc  -- priced at around $5.25. The salads would come from Radicle Farm, which is a small company that grows its hydroponic, greenhouse products in Utica, NY. We deliver their products quite often in our bags. Just like all our subscriptions, you would choose weekly or bi-weekly and can put it on hold anytime.

Question Title

* 2. Would you be interested in purchasing local meat?

Chicken, beef, pork, lamb, goat would be shipped to your home or a location of your choice via UPS next day. We would source from small farms that pasture-raise and use non-GMO feed. Another benefit is that you could bring the packaging and ice packs back to your Field Goods location for reuse.

Question Title

* 3. Would you be interested in purchasing local pantry items?

Just like all our products, we could offer you a great value on sauces, salsas, salad dressings, picked items, etc. They would be shipped to your home or a location of your choice via UPS next day.

Question Title

* 4. Would you be interested in a service that picked up your compostable food waste at your home (depending on location) or Field Goods delivery location (depending on interest by location) and then used it to make compost?

Here is our thinking: We need to get food waste out of the landfill and back on the land through much-needed compost. Because of the economics of composting, we would need to charge for the service -- about $4. We would provide an attractive bucket with a tight lid and you would determine frequency of pick-up. The benefits for you is that you can keep yucky stuff out of our trash and help save the earth. Simple.
