FY26 Department of Administrative Services Annual City Certification

Introduction

The Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is certifying all cities annually to receive state revenues. In order to qualify to receive the funds, you must complete the following survey which is in three parts. If you do not complete this survey by July 31, 2025, you will not receive funds.

Part 1:
The first part certifies your city for ORS 221.770, to receive State Revenue Sharing.
Please have a copy of your ordinance or SIGNED resolution available, as you will be required to attach an electronic file (PDF, JPG, JPEG file) to this survey.

Part 2:
The second part certifies for the eligibility for ORS 221.760, shared revenues: cigarette, liquor, and highway taxes.

Part 3:
The last part of the survey certifies your city to receive revenues from marijuana sales under ORS 475B.070, ORS 475B.090, ORS 475B.100, ORS 475B.105.
