Community Needs and Solutions Survey |
Questions about Your Community and What You Think is Important
Regional Plan Association (RPA), an independent urban research and advocacy organization, is undertaking a multiyear initiative to create a blueprint for sustainable and equitable growth, healthier and more livable communities, and fair and effective governance the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut metropolitan region for the next 25 years. This will be the fourth regional plan that RPA has issued since the 1920s, and it requires a robust public engagement program to ensure that its recommendations reflect the needs and priorities of all residents of the region.
As part of RPA’s public engagement program, RPA designed this survey with the intention of understanding the needs and perspectives of community residents throughout the region. Your responses will influence our recommendations on how to achieve the Fourth Regional Plan goals. Recommendations will include how and where to produce enough affordable housing, how to create jobs and expand economic opportunity, and how to make sure that everyone has access to good schools, decent housing, good jobs and healthy communities.
We thank you for taking the time to fill out this questionnaire.
