MECCA AWARDS - Celebrating People, Process and Performance
Since 1999, the Manitoba Customer Contact Association (MCCA) has been celebrating the Manitoba Excellence in Customer Contact Achievement (MECCA) Awards.
The awards program aims to acknowledge excellence and instill pride within the Customer Contact Centre Industry.
Annually, we honor organizations and their employees who represent the finest our industry has to offer.
People Award Categories -
Representative of the Year
Leader of the Year
As a member in good standing with MCCA, you are entitled to two free submissions. All submissions must be finalized by December 19, 2025. Each additional submission will incur a fee of $175.00.
NOTE: If you are recognizing a large group of individuals and would like to submit your nominations manually please reach out to events@mcca.mb.ca to request a manual submission form.
