The Redevelopment Rodeo: Preparing Your Brownfield Sites for Redevelopment- NBC 2022

There has never been a better time to get ready to cleanup and buildup brownfield properties. Federal recovery and stimulus packages offer funding that can be tied to community revitalization. So get ready to pitch your site! The Rodeo provides an opportunity to do a deeper dive into understanding how to get that environmentally-impaired or underutilized property back into a productive use and back on your tax base! No matter what stage of redevelopment it’s in, this is your chance to get feedback from developers and redevelopment experts on your presentation and property’s roadmap to redevelopment. Please complete the following screening questionnaire and provide as much information as possible about the site you are seeking redevelopment support for. 

EPA’s Technical Assistance to Brownfield communities (TAB) providers  will select three submissions for an opportunity to pitch at the National Brownfields Conference on August 18, 2022 at 2:00pm in Oklahoma City. All three will get up to $10,000 in pro bono support focused on your specific challenges. 

Our goal is to build capacity, increase the profile of your site, and connect you with developers and resources to accelerate your redevelopment timeline.
