Nasze preferencje zawodowe mogą zależeć od wielu czynników: osobowości, zainteresowań, wzorców, z którymi obcujemy na co dzień, a także wartości, które najczęściej stanowią drogowskaz naszych działań. Celem niniejszego badania jest ustalenie czy wartości są faktycznie powiązane z konkretnymi preferencjami, a tym samym wyborami, zawodowymi, a jeśli tak to czy istnieją między nimi istotne zależności.
Kwestionariusz ankiety skierowany jest do studentów uczelni wyższych, I i II stopnia, którzy stoją przed ostatecznym wyborem swojej ścieżki zawodowej. Ankieta jest całkowicie anonimowa. Kwestionariusz ankiety składa się z dwóch zasadniczych części: (1) Wartości (16 wartości, którymi ludzie mogą kierować się w swoim życiu), (2) Zachowania typowe dla różnych stanowisk pracy.
Our work preferences may depend on many factors: personality, interests, role models we interact with every day, as well as values that most often guide our actions. The aim of this study is to determine whether values are actually related to specific work preferences, and thus career choices, and if so, whether there are significant relationships between them.
The survey questionnaire is addressed to university students (bachelor & master degree students, in particular) who are ahead of making their final career path choices. The survey is completely anonymous. The survey questionnaire consists of two main parts: (1) Values (16 most common values that people can follow in their lives), (2) Behaviors considered as typical for various job positions.
