COMPASS is seeking your feedback on proposed amendments to Communities in Motion 2040 and the Regional Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). Proposed changes include adding projects to:
  • Widen I-84 from Nampa to Caldwell
  • Begin preliminary engineering work to extend State Highway 16 to I-84 (Engineering work will focus on refining the scope, right-of-way needs, and cost estimate for the corridor.)
  • Design a transit oriented development in Nampa
Both Communities in Motion 2040 and the FY2018-2022 TIP must be amended by the COMPASS Board of Directors in order for any or all projects to move forward.
