Thank you for taking the time to complete our Gut Cancer Awareness quiz! We hope that you’ve learnt more about this common group of cancer that claims the lives of 8 New Zealanders every single day, as well as what the Gut Cancer Foundation does to help support patients with gut cancers.

There is an urgent need to improve detection, diagnosis, and treatment to help improve and save lives of Kiwis with a gut cancer. And the best way to improve detection, diagnosis and treatment is through research and awareness.

But research and clinical trials for cancers of the digestive system are drastically underfunded in New Zealand. In fact, New Zealanders with a gut cancer do not have the same access to new treatment options through clinical trials as those in Australia. Some of New Zealand’s brightest researchers and clinicians do not have enough access to the funds they need to conduct vital research and clinical trials.

We need your help to fix this. By making a regular donation to the Gut Cancer Foundation, you can help bring the best research home for New Zealanders with a gut cancer, and support the brightest minds in New Zealand.

Every donation to the Gut Cancer Foundation is an investment into the lives of millions. You can help make a lasting difference.
