2025 Ron Richardson Memorial Award Survey

The Ron Richardson Memorial Award recognizes an LSTAR REALTOR® Member who personifies the spirit and values of LSTAR’s three-time Past President, who championed philanthropy and giving back to the community. The award recipient will be recognized for his/her/their contributions in leadership, mentorship and professionalism* throughout the community and organized real estate. The recipient will receive $1,000 to be donated to a charity of the recipient’s choice within the LSTAR catchment area to benefit local communities. LSTAR Members in good standing* are eligible to receive the award.

The award will be presented at the LSTAR Annual General Meeting to take place on June 23, 2025 at the Best Western Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre.

*Eligible nominees must in good standing with LSTAR, including a clear record in the past five years of not receiving a severe fine and/or penalty for unethical conduct from the LSTAR Discipline Committee and/or the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).
