Starting November 2026, the County is expanding its commuter benefits by partnering with the Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) to offer employees access to the
BayPass program
.
BayPass
provides unlimited free rides on participating Bay Area transit services using your existing Clipper card, including BART, Caltrain, SamTrans, VTA, Muni, AC Transit, and Golden Gate Transit and Ferry. Once enrolled, the pass is loaded directly onto your Clipper card, allowing you to ride participating transit services without paying a fare.
