Survey Information

You are invited to participate in a research study conducted by Lila Bartkowski-Abbate, PT, DPT, a faculty member in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Long Island University.

This study involves research and is being conducted to fulfill academic and scholarly requirements.

The purpose of this research is to examine the experiences of individuals with pelvic pain, including timelines to diagnosis, types of clinicians involved in care, and pathways used to access treatment and your out-of-pocket costs associated in getting care.

Participation is voluntary, no identifying information will be collected, and you can stop this study at any time. The survey asks about your symptoms, diagnostic experiences, and health-care access and takes approximately 6 minutes to complete.
