Golf Rx Indoor Golf League Signup - ROUND 2

Welcome to the Golf Rx Indoor League sign up sheet! This is a flexible 8 week league (teams of 2) allowing you to book tee times that work for you! You can book at either location, Leominster or Gardner! Each team will play 9-18 holes of the required format for the week and are expected to book at least 1.5 hours for a twosome to complete the round. League members will receive an exclusive 10% discount code which is only to be used by league members for league tee time booking. Unauthorized use of the coupon code will result in a 10 stroke penalty for that weeks score. To save even more money, consider signing up for the Golf Rx Players Pass which saves you an additional $10/hr everytime you book. The players pass is a $20 monthly fee with no contracts no initiation fees and can be canceled at any time.
League will start February 16th and formats will change weekly.
