Question Title

* 1. We're Stephanie and Jessica from The HerStories Project (http://www.herstoriesproject.com). We recently published an essay collection about female friendship called "The HerStories Project: Women Explore the Joy, Pain, and Power of Female Friendship."

Our next project is called "My Other Ex: Women Write about Friendship Burnouts, Betrayals, and Breakups." And we'd like to hear more about other women's experiences with friendship loss. We think that this is an important (and often painful) aspect of women's lives that does not get talked about or even acknowledged.

Could you take a few minutes to tell us about an important friendship in your life that ended with either a breakup, betrayal, or a gradual end to the friendship? You could win one of two $25 Amazon gift certificates!

Think about one friendship that ended at some time in your life. It can be the most recent, the most painful, the most memorable, or the most confusing. But one that made a lasting impression on you.
