1. Introduction
Welcome to the Program and Squad Member Application information for the 2019 U23 Australian Men's Team. Please find below an outline of commitments for this program together with application details.
PROGRAM OUTLINE
The 2019 U23 Australian Men’s Team Program is aimed to provide squad members with the best possible experience of lacrosse learning and athlete education, in a cost effective format and in line with the ALA High Performance Program Policy HPPP; Go To Link: http://lacrosse.com.au/media/184528/ala-high-performance-program-policy-6march2017.pdf
ALA HP Australian Squad/Team programs are conducted under the principles of;
User Pays Self-Funded Cost Equalisation and Billeting
All Squad Members must commit to Hosting & Billeting to achieve an affordable program.
If paid accommodation is required, Camp Fees will increase significantly.
APPLICATION DETAILS
1. August 2018 – Squad Member Application
If you want to be part of the U23 Squad to compete for a position in this 2019 U23 Australian Men’s Team, please complete the On-line Application and submit ID docs by:
Application Due Date: Monday 10 September 2018
2. September 2018 – ID docs
Submit the following ID docs via email (close up photos)
i. Proof of Nationality and Eligibility
(i.e. photo of passport ID page. Or Birth Certificate, citizenship certificate)
ii. Second ID doc (photo of drivers license)
iii. Medicare Card (photo of card)
iv. Private Health Insurance (photo of card - if you have private health cover)
(strongly recommended for the duration of the program)

3. September 2018 – Payment of Application/Squad Fee $500
(includes Squad Reversible, Under Shirt, Shorts and October State Based Camp costs)

(attend your own state. NSW & QLD to attend Melb or Adelaide)

6. December 2018 - Full Squad Camp #2, (three days) Camp Fee $500
Fri 21 – Sun 23 Dec Location: TBA
Payment Due Date: Wednesday 31 October 2018
7. January 2019 - Full Squad Camp #3, (five days) Camp Fee $550
2019 ALA Southern Crosse Tournament SXT
Wed 2 – Sun 6 Jan Melbourne (team selection)
Payment Due Date: Wednesday 21 November 2018
