Eastford POCD Survey

Thank you for participating in the Town of Eastford’s Plan of Conservation & Development Community Input Survey. The POCD provides the vision and roadmap for how the Town of Eastford would like to move forward over the next 10 years. The Planning Commission is responsible for updating the POCD at a minimum once every 10 years, as required by state statutes. Eastford’s POCD was last updated in 2016. This Update provides an opportunity for the town to consider changes in terms of its vision, goals, and objectives for the community regarding housing, drinking water supplies, education, health, recreation, social services, public utilities, public protection, transportation, the use of solar and other renewable forms of energy and energy conservation, protection and preservation of agriculture, and technology infrastructure.
