Planning for caregiving

Little is known about how prepared individuals are when they take on caregiving roles. I am asking you to do this survey to learn more about what planning (if any) people do when stepping in as caregivers. Please complete this survey if you expect to become a caregiver, are currently a caregiver, or were a caregiver in the past.

All data collected from the surveys will be analyzed in the aggregate, so all respondents will be non-identifiable.

Thank you so much for completing this survey!! If you have any questions, please reach out to me, Dr. Julie Norstrand at Julie@helpmyagingparents.net
