District Parent Survey (open until April 30)

It is important that each student in your household is represented in this survey. Your input for each will give teachers and administrators an opportunity to address needed improvements. Enter the information below for one child, answer the survey questions and then you will be given an opportunity to end the survey or start the survey again for the next child. Please only take the survey one time for each child, by simply exiting the survey when you are finished with the responses. Upon completing the survey for each student in your household, you will be asked a single calendar question for your family.

Parents of Maryville Jr. High students will be routed to the calendar question in this survey only. An independent survey will be conducted at MJHS to collect this data.
