Farmer Survey - Fresno Food Hub Assessment

As part of the Fresno DRIVE initiative and Fresno Future of Food Innovation effort housed at the Central Valley Community Foundation, Community Alliance with Family Farmers (CAFF) and our partners are currently evaluating opportunities to aggregate local produce from farmers in the Fresno Region and create new sales channels to sell produce both inside and outside the region. A food hub or aggregation site can serve lots of different functions so we need to hear from you to make sure it reflects farmer needs.

The first 50 respondents to our farmer and buyer surveys will receive $20 Visa gift cards and all respondents will be entered into a raffle to receive a $100 cash gift card and a piece of Patagonia gear. Please complete by February 28th to qualify.
