PARENT SATISFACTION SURVEY 2019 |
Parent Satisfaction Survey 2019
The future direction of The Cottage School is very important to the whole school community. Indeed we all should be able to comment and provide input into where the school is heading next year and where it is heading in the next 5 to 10 years and beyond.
Below is a comprehensive survey that has been designed to seek the opinions of members of the school community about our shared future. The survey will be conducted every year with similar questions each time. The reason for this is to be able to gain some consistency in approach and to be able to benchmark answers with previous years as we move forward. There may also be additional questions on topical issues each year.
The results of the survey are critical to the ongoing strategic planning for the school's future. Without genuine feedback from parents, students and staff in the school, the Committee's ability to develop and implement future planning is made all the more difficult. It is important to know everyone's views on how the School is performing.
Are parents happy with the school environment? Is there enough communication? What could be improved? Where do you want the school to be in 5 years time? What are the big issues facing the school into the future? Is the school sustainable? These are all questions which need to be considered and debated as part of ensuring the great tradition that The Cottage School and its community have established continues into the future.
The input of all parents and staff is vital to the success of not just this survey, but the school itself.
Whilst this survey is confidential you are welcome to include your name. This will help us to clarify any comments or obtain further information if necessary. No names will be recorded against collated survey responses.
If you have any questions about the survey or the School's strategic plan then please do not hesitate to contact the School Leader or any of the members of the Committee.
