AGC of Wisconsin has partnered with management consulting firm Wipfli, LLP to create a unique construction oriented executive leaders’ development program. Executive Management Program serves executives, owners, key-decision makers, and leader transitioning into executive level positions by taking them offline and away from working in their business, and redirecting their focus to working on their business.
The AGC Executive Management Program is targeted at Leadership AGC Graduates, key decision makers within an organization, and current leaders transitioning into future executive roles within AGC Member firms.
The EMP begins in October 2023 and runs monthly through March 2024.
SELECTION CRITERIA: Participation in the Executive Management Program is open to persons employed by an AGC of Wisconsin member firm, in good standing. Individuals interested in the 2023–2024 EMP class must complete the online application no later than September 15, 2023. Applicants will be notified no later than September 20, 2023. Appointments to the Executive Management Program are limited, so applicants who are not selected are encouraged to reapply in subsequent years.
