Junior Training 15/22/29 September 2026 - for surnames beginning with L/M/N/O/P/Q

NB Prospective members who are having trials in August and September are welcome to fill in the booking form for all 3 weeks.(Required.)

I have read the booking / confirmation / cancellation procedures and that if I don't confirm by 2pm Tuesday I may lose my place and that if I cancel after 2pm Tuesday I will get a lower priority for the next session that I've booked.
  • I understand that I am responsible for assuring myself of the welfare of my child during the session.
  • Before the session I will check whether my child needs to use the toilet. (It significantly disrupts the session if a child needs to go to the toilet during the session as the parent or two other adults must accompany them.)
  • I will deliver my child to their leader.
  • If I am late, I will supervise my children going across to the field because of the dangers of cars coming in to / going out of the car park.
  • I may stay in my car but if so, I will let their leader know when I hand over my child and inform them where I will be onsite and also fill in the form by the clubhouse with my phone number, the make, colour and registration number of my car and which car park I am parked in. THIS IS NOW MANDATORY AS PART OF OUR STANDARD SAFETY PROCEDURES.
  • If I have to go offsite I will nominate another parent to be responsible for my child. I will let the leader know who it is and will fill in my details on the form by the clubhouse.
  • I will be at the edge of the rugby field / athletics track before the end of the session to collect my child.
  • I won't let my child run ahead of me back to the car park because of the dangers of cars coming in to / going out of the car park.

4.22nd September at Leos ("C" group at Beckett Park) please tick the session times you are available - please select as many as possible and indicate priority if you choose more than one(Required.)
5.29th September at Leos ("C" group and Girls "A" group AND Y8+ TRIALISTS at Bodington) please tick the session times you are available - please select as many as possible and indicate priority if you choose more than one(Required.)
