2018 Wildwood Elementary and O.H. Anderson Elementary Student Information Survey

March 2018

Dear Parents,

Class placements for next school year is an important issue that we address at Wildwood and O.H. Anderson. When creating a classroom, a number of factors are considered including teacher/staff/parent input, class size, boy/girl ratio, academic needs, special education needs, and behavior needs. The partnership between a child’s home and school is critical to his/her success and we value your insight and knowledge concerning your child’s educational and personal growth.

With that in mind, we are providing parents with the opportunity to provide feedback about their child, which will be one of the many factors considered during the placement process. While we cannot accept specific teacher requests, we want to give you the opportunity to share specifics about your child’s needs through a parent questionnaire that will include information about learning styles, likes, and dislikes.

The survey will be available from March 6 through April 6.

You will be asked to enter your child’s legal name, grade level and student identification number which is located on the report card. If your child will be a new student in ISD 832 for the 2018-2019 school year you can complete the survey without entering a student ID number.

Thank you!
