Birthday party reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance of the party's date.

The submission of this form does not reserve a date and time for a party. If one of your preferred dates/times is available, and there are no questions related to the party, your party will be booked and you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have not been contacted within three business days of submitting your request, please call 402-346-4002 ext. 212. Payment will be processed upon your arrival for the party.
