The Montana Council on Developmental Disabilities (MTCDD) is creating a five-year plan (2027–2031) to improve networks and supports for people with developmental disabilities and their families across Montana. This survey asks about what works, what does not, and how we can work to discover and promote creative ways that families, service agencies and federal, state, local and tribal governments can better help people with disabilities to live more independent, fulfilling lives.
