Introduction to the survey on proposed CBA Alberta Governance Changes

Due to changes in the CBA national bylaws that affect the structure of our Branch Council, CBA Alberta must make changes to its bylaws.  A Governance Review Task Force was asked to analyze data and review governance best practices to consider other potential changes and to undertake a variety of consultations on its proposals.  The end goal will be to prepare a bylaw amendment for the consideration of the CBA Alberta membership.

The intention of this survey is to give CBA Alberta Branch members the opportunity to provide feedback on some changes that are under consideration. 

The survey will present some background on an element of the current model and its pros and cons, provide a brief outline of the proposed changes, then give you an opportunity to comment upon the changes. 

The survey should take you 20-25 minutes to complete.  As a token of our appreciation, if you provide your contact information at the end of the survey, you will be entered in our draw for a $500 Visa gift card.
