The Woodstock Art Gallery, a wholly owned and operated agency of the City of Woodstock, is undertaking the development of a Strategic Plan to guide its programs and services over the next 5 years and beyond. A key input to the development of this plan is to hear from the community (that’s you!) in terms of what you would like to see put in place and what you would like us to be doing.
This short CONFIDENTIAL survey will give you an opportunity to provide us with your thoughts in this regard.
This survey is for everybody: members of the Gallery, residents of the City, visitors to Woodstock…. Even if you have never visited the Gallery we’d like your input (we’d like to know why you’ve not visited, and if there is anything we could do to entice you to come to see us!)
And, as a ‘thank you’ for completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter your name in a draw for a new iPad should you wish.
The survey should take you only 10 - 15 minutes to complete, and we would like all responses in by the end of October.
