Promote a sense of urgency to transform low performing schools and ensure academic growth and success for all students.

Provide every student with a quality teacher through diverse recruitment, professional development and employee retention.

Ensure equitable allocation of focused funding, resources and support to all students according to need as determined by student demographic and achievement data.

Communicate and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to build community involvement and trust around public education and increase engagement and participation.

Increase access to quality early childhood education and special programs for all families.

Develop and manage a master plan for the delivery of education to our students including the construction of new buildings and maintenance of district properties.

Maximize resources available to the classroom through effective management practices and budgetary financial control.
