My child/ children are classed as vulnerable (assessed as bein in need/ Child in Need/ Child Protection; have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHC); receiving support from Children's social care service or being referred to; adopted children or children on a special guardianship order; young carer; difficulty in engaging with home learning; child has mental health issues)

I work in the education and childcare sector (childcare; support and teaching staff; social worker; specialist education professional who must remain active during Covid-19)

I work in a key public service (those essential to running the justice system; religious staff; charities and workers delivering key frontline services; those responsible for the management of the deceased; journalists and broadcasters)

I work in Local / National Government (but only those administrative occupations essential to the effective delivery of Covid-19 response; EU transition; essential public services such as payment of benefits and the certification of good for import and export)

I am involved in Public Safety and National Security (police and support staff; Ministry of Defense civilians; contractor and armed forces personnel critical to the delivery of key defense and national security outputs and essential to Covid-19 response and EU transition; fire and rescue service employees; National Crime Agency staff; those maintaining border security; prison and probation staff and other security roles)

I support Transport and Border Services (those who will keep the air, water, road and rail passenger and freight transport modes operational during the Covid-19 response and EU transition, including those working on transport systems through which supply chains pass)

I am in the Utilities Sector (staff needed for essential financial services provision; oil gas, electricity and water and sewage sectors; information technology and data infrastructure sector and primary industry supplies to continue during the Covid-19 response; civil nuclear, chemicals, telecommunication; postal service and delivery; payments providers; waste disposal sectors
