The Potato Workforce Training and Leadership program has been designed to develop a more capable and confident workforce within the potato industry, which will consequently improve leadership within the sector, increase adoption of best practice and build a more sustainable and resilient industry. The program includes various components including network opportunities, international study tours, training to develop skills and knowledge, and other activities to build capacity within the sector.
The project will run for 5 years and the project reference group will assess project priorities on an annual basis.
