Denna enkät är en del av en masteruppsats vid KTH och handlar om hur mjuka värden förstås och hanteras i olika faser av fastighets- och byggprojekt. Målet är att öka kunskapen om hur sådana värden kan bidra till långsiktigt värdeskapande samt social och ekonomisk hållbarhet i den byggda miljön.

Ditt deltagande är frivilligt och du kan när som helst avbryta utan att ange skäl. Enkäten är anonym och inga personuppgifter samlas in. Dina svar behandlas konfidentiellt och används endast i detta examensarbete.

This survey is part of a master’s thesis at KTH and focuses on how soft values are understood and managed in different phases of real estate and construction projects. The aim is to increase knowledge about how such values can contribute to long-term value creation as well as social and economic sustainability in the built environment.

Your participation is voluntary and you may withdraw at any time without giving a reason. The survey is anonymous and no personal data will be collected. Your responses will be treated confidentially and will only be used for research purposes within the scope of this thesis.

Who are You?
Definitions:
Developer (Byggherre) is the actor who initiates the project, defines the vision, goals, and budget, and follows the project across multiple phases.

Contractor (Entreprenör) is the actor who executes the construction according to drawings and design documentation.

Architect (Arkitekt) is the actor who designs the project and produces drawings and technical documentation.

Property Manager (Fastighetsförvaltning) is the actor who manages the operation and long-term maintenance of the building once completed.
