Osteosarcopenia Scholars Program for GPs - Entry survey
Dear Colleague,
Thank you for your interest in our Osteosarcopenia Scholars Program for General Practitioners.
The first step towards undertaking the Program is completion of this simple survey. Your responses are anonymous and confidential and will be used in the future to test the effectiveness of this program.
After receiving this information, our Research Assistant will provide you with the link to our online learning modules. Your access to the modules is free and will be subsidised by the Australian Institute for Musculoskeletal Science (AIMSS) and the University of Melbourne via a grant from the Melbourne Academic Centre for Health (MACH).
Once you complete the Program, you will receive an online certificate of completion provided by the University of Melbourne.
After receiving your certificate from the University of Melbourne, please e-mail it to our Program Coordinator (contact@aimss.org.au).
Our team will then send you a package, which contains:
- Your official certificate as an AIMSS Scholar in Osteosarcopenia
- A Quick Reference Summary Card - An AIMSS handbook summarising learnings - A free dynamometer (worth $30) to measure grip strength in clinical practice
By participating in this program, you agree to be contacted in 6 months to complete a similar survey.
