Eligibility & Participation
Employees must complete their 90-day probationary period before joining an Employee Resource Group (ERG) or Planning Committee.
Employees are encouraged to discuss participation with their manager.
As part of the enrollment process, managers are contacted to confirm awareness and support for participation during work hours; however, the specific ERG or Planning Committee an employee is interested in joining will not be disclosed.
