Domestic Abuse Policy Consultation

We are seeking feedback on our new Domestic Abuse Policy, which has been written to reflect recent legislative changes and national guidance. The policy is designed to safeguard and support individuals affected by domestic abuse while protecting their rights.
The policy sets out:
  • How ACHA will respond to customers experiencing domestic abuse
  • How our staff will provide safe, supportive and trauma-informed services
  • Our commitment to treating customers with compassion, dignity and understanding
