Conditions of Entry
1. Applications must be completed online by 5pm on Thursday 13th November and works delivered to RSUA by Thursday 20 November. Please note, no submissions will be accepted beyond this date.
2. When calculating the item selling price, allow for 20% commission on sale.
3. Unsold work must be collected in the week commencing Monday 5 January 2026 and sold items may be collected immediately after purchase.
4. A label must be attached to the back of each work stating clearly:
- Artist's name
- Contact address
- Gallery selling price
- Title
- Dimensions of artwork (h x w)
- Medium used, e.g. oils, watercolour etc.
Please ensure all artwork is framed and securely strung with cord to allow for hanging.
5. Exhibitors must submit a high-resolution photograph of your piece, if possible, set against a well-lit background via email to julia@rsua.org.uk by Thursday 20 November. If you are submitting more than one piece, please send through an individual image of each piece.
6. Insurance on work is entirely the Artist's responsibility.
7. RSUA will post images of the work online for the promotion of the event and sale of artworks.
