Contrapt Team Registration

Thank you for joining us at the Contrapt Wisconsin Competitions (Waukesha 4/24 and Milwaukee 5/8). Please complete this form as soon as possible. All information (t-shirt sizes, lunch needs, and team names) are due by April 17th or earlier. Student rosters can be emailed to Theresa (twolf@stemforward.org) via excel or google sheet. All students will need a media waiver on file.
