About Your Experience...

This Organizing Intensive will be a hybrid blend of in-person and online training experiences to build organizing skills for Local 1000 members. You will learn conversation skills, campaign techniques, assessment methods, and most importantly, understand the value of building a culture of empowerment and resilience for our members. You will participate in a boot camp-style training on one of the dates below, and then you will meet with your cohort virtually for the months that follow. After your training experience, you will ultimately become grassroots leaders within campaigns at your worksite. No Union Leave will be offered for this experience.
