This survey is anonymous and all responses are confidential. This survey will be used as part of a larger Environmental Assessment: Litter Analysis study. Definitions for this Survey:

Community: The smaller sub-area of Omaha where you regularly live/work/play and interact with the built environment.
Litter: Trash like paper, cans, and bottles that are left lying in an open or public space (Oxford Languages, 2025)
Root Cause: The fundamental (main/basis) reason behind an occurrence of a problem. (Collins Dictionary, 2025)
