St. Alban's Parish Vitality

The goal of the Parish Vitality Assessment (PVA) is to create a narrative around 7 signs of parish vitality.  It is an exploration of where we are as a parish and where we might further develop.  As we emerge from lockdown and begin our search for a new Rector, this is an ideal time to reconfirm our strengths and reflect on areas for growth.  Once we complete the exercise we will share the narrative with the Parish, in addition to using it as an input to our search.  We need your input and want you to share your honest and open thoughts with us.

There are 7 vital signs and for each, please reflect on strengths and opportunities for growth.  For further description of each sign, please copy the following in your browser:  https://edow.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2021/10/Vital_Signs_of_Parish_Health-2.pdf.

The ratings below are simply an indicator (Please click on one radio button next to the number 1-10).  The reflections you provide in the comment section will be most valuable for our narrative.
