ABOUT THE PROJECT

In 2015, the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority adopted its Scarborough Master Plan, which outlines its vision for a contemporary, family-friendly, all-seasons foreshore destination, as well as facilitating private development of key sites in the area.
 
With the transformation of the beachfront in full swing, one of Scarborough’s most iconic sites – the former Contacio Hotel site on the corner of Scarborough Beach Road and West Coast Highway – is also being reimagined.

3 Oceans Property is proposing the Iconic Scarborough project; a world-class, unique, integrated resort-style development designed to appeal not only to tourists but also catering to the needs of local people.

The proposed development will include a three-level public observation deck incorporating a gallery showing the work of local artists, as well as Perth’s first beachside convention centre, 180 high quality hotel rooms, apartments and 300-400 public car parking bays.
