Arts Cleveland: Wage & Benefit Survey

This questionnaire contains the following sections: Organization; Compensation & Employment Practices; Impacts of the Economic Environment; Paid Time-Off Practices; Insurance Benefits; Executive Director/CEO Profile, and Compensation. 

Before starting to complete this questionnaire, please print out and refer to two documents with links in this survey's cover note: 1)  Wage-Benefit Jobs, Glossary, for a list of all jobs and job descriptions for use in this survey, as well as definitions of key terms, and 2) Wage-Benefit Compensation Instructions for guidelines on how to complete the survey's final section.  

Survey responses will be strictly confidential.  Data from this survey will be reported only in the aggregate.  All information entered and returned via Survey Monkey will remain confidential and accessible only to a third-party researcher.
