Question Title

* 7. Often times artists think getting a record deal means the label takes care of everything for them: Money for equipment, Money for travel / touring, Booking shows, Marketing, Distribution, Radio play, etc.  The reality is that major labels front the money to an artist for all of those things.  The artist is then required to pay that money back (sometimes with interest) from singles and album sales.  AD WINDBLOWN MEDIA RECORDS is a small, independent label that is still developing connections, and networks.  While some pieces are already in place, the rest is slowly coming into development.  Our business model is very different from traditional record labels. Artists on the label help each other out like a co-op. We are looking for people who could specialize in Social Media Marketing, Booking, Keeping in touch with new and existing Media Contacts, Producer, Audio Engineers, and Studios.  HOW INVOLVED WOULD YOU AS THE ARTIST WANT TO BE IN HELPING THE LABEL DEVELOP SO THAT YOUR SUCCESS IS OUR SUCCESS AND VICE VERSA?

* 9. Regardless of whether or not I get an opportunity to become a AD WMR artist, this survey has challenged me or helped me look at my music project differently (i.e. - I am realizing how much I really have done for myself on my own, and/or I am realizing how much I still need to develop / work on).
