Nourish & Thrive: Winter Community of Practice

We know frontline staff in FRPs hold a wealth of knowledge when it comes to supporting families, from fostering trust with families to connecting folks with resources and navigating complex challenges, we only work because you do.

In this co-learning session, we invite frontline staff to come together to learn from one another, share resources, and identify common challenges across communities.

This session strives to honour the lived and immense knowledge of frontline staff and recognize that while families across the province are diverse, there are often overlapping challenges and opportunities for collective learning and support.

We know that frontline staff time can be tight, if this is a barrier for your agency, please reach out. A limited number of release-time honorariums will be available to support staff attendance. Release time honorariums will be $60 with a limit of one per agency.
