Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) GP Survey

As a much valued GP Participant of our GP Obstetric Shared Care Program, our GP Palliative Shared Care Program or a GP Member with GP Partners Australia, we are interested in your feedback about the needs and challenges you may be facing day to day in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The following short survey will help us identify your needs and any challenges you are facing in delivering and managing a patient's care needs at this difficult time.
