The City of Eau Claire is updating its Five-Year Consolidated Plan, which contains strategies and priorities for spending federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Low- and moderate-income persons are the primary intended support recipients for the survey below. By completing this confidential survey, you will help to ensure that funds are directed to the most critical needs in Eau Claire. The results of this survey will enable City of Eau Claire officials to establish budget and program priorities. Thank you for participating in this survey, which is only for persons 18 years and over.

We hope you will take advantage of the opportunity to participate in this critical research effort. Your survey responses will remain anonymous and take 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
