The Ministry Site Profile Team of Fish Lake Lutheran Church is asking all confirmed members to answer three key questions as to what kind of gifts and tasks the next Pastor needs to have. The questions come directly from the ELCA standardized congregational profile.
This will take about 5-10 minutes to complete. Please do not close the survey before completing it. Once you have closed the computer window for the survey you are not able to reopen it.
The first question is regarding what kind of Ministry Tasks does the position of pastor require. Please select only your top five tasks.
The second question centers on what Gifts for Ministry do you want the candidate to have. You can select five for your top priorities and five more as being very helpful to the position.
