The timing of our lunch meetings make it difficult for some Rotarians (particularly those in other communities) to attend. The club already has one evening meeting at rotating locations each month, would you be open to an additional lunch meeting being replaced by either a breakfast or evening meeting?

Administration (Colleen Maynard - chair) - In charge of meeting organization, set-up, holiday party, annual meeting, etc.
Public Image (Shaun Farrar - current, Aurora Hilton - incoming) - In charge of publicizing club events
Membership (Steve Boucher - chair) - Engaging, retaining and soliciting members
Service (Aurora Hilton - current, Lee Bonta - incoming) - Tackling current and future service projects and populating subcommittees for those same projects when necessary
Foundation (Elise Frank - current, Stefanie Joy Muscat - incoming) - In charge of fundraising for polio efforts and district and zone efforts as well as the dissemination of that information to club members
Annual Meeting Planning (Susy Papadopoli) - Plans June meeting
Seafood Festival and Pancake Breakfast (Ron Wrobel) - *All members are expected to help in some way
Holiday Party Planning (for 2019)
Polio Plus Event Planning - Under the Foundation Committee
Charitable Giving Committee (Ron Wrobel) - Makes Board Recommendation for donations to nonprofits
Adventure Golf Committee (John Jagger) - Plans adventure golf fundraiser
Scholarship and Golden Apple Committee (Scott Hammond) - Collates and awards yearly scholarships to high school students and awards a prize to deserving teacher.

Little Free Library (Carrie Jones) - Install and determine where to install 3 Little Free Libraries on the island
Be Kind Project/Pro-Empathy/Anti-Bullying Project (Carrie) - one day event with website development for sharing or resources
Story Trail Project (Shaun Farrar) - Continuation and completion of the story trail project in Bar Harbor
Strategic Plan Committee (Susy Papadopoli) - Revision of last Strategic Plan
